Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page sets out how Coach Adam James handles subscription cancellations, refunds, and one-off coaching purchases so clients know exactly what to expect before buying.

Monthly Coaching Plans

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.
  • After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Partial-month refunds are not offered for time already paid for or services already delivered.

Yearly and Lifetime Purchases

Yearly and lifetime products are one-off purchases. Because coaching setup, planning, and access are delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once services or digital access have been provided unless required by law.

Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, email coaching@ptadamjames.com with the purchase email address and payment details so the issue can be reviewed quickly.

How to Cancel

To cancel a subscription, contact coaching@ptadamjames.com before your next billing date and include the email address used for the purchase.
