I'm Adam James, a UK-based online fitness coach. I've been coaching for over 10 years and worked with 500+ clients. The ones who get results aren't the most motivated — they're the ones with a system that doesn't fall apart when life gets busy.

I work mainly with busy professionals and parents who want to build muscle, get leaner, and stop second-guessing every training or nutrition decision. I don't write programmes based on what looks clever. I write them based on what actually works — and then I pay attention to whether it's working for you. Compound lifts. Progressive overload. Nutrition built around your real eating habits, not an idealised version of your life. Everything gets reviewed every week. If the data says change something, I change it.
