Coach Adam James provides UK-based online fitness coaching and acts as the controller for the information described below.

Information Collected

  • Contact details such as name and email address when you enquire, use a lead form, or purchase coaching.
  • Payment-related records needed to confirm purchases and manage subscriptions. Full card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly on this site.
  • Coaching intake details such as goals, training history, dietary preferences, body measurements, check-ins, and progress photos when you become a client.
  • Technical data such as device, browser, IP address, and analytics events used to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

How Information Is Used

  • To respond to enquiries and deliver coaching services.
  • To process payments, onboarding, renewals, and client support.
  • To tailor programmes, nutrition guidance, and weekly adjustments.
  • To improve the website, free tools, and client experience.
  • To meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.

Payments, Processors, and Storage

Payments are handled by Stripe or BTCPay Server. Stripe is responsible for card processing and PCI compliance. BTCPay Server is used for Bitcoin payments.

Client data and website data may also be processed by infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and analytics services where required to operate the service.

Data Sharing

Personal information is not sold. Data is only shared with service providers needed to run the coaching business or where disclosure is required by law.
