Delete your Coach AJ account
These instructions apply to Coach Adam James and the Coach AJ app. You can delete your account through the website or mobile app, or ask for help by email.

Delete on the website
Sign in, open Dashboard, then Settings. Use Export my data first if you want a copy. In Delete account, read the explanation, type DELETE, and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again before deletion.
Delete in the mobile app
Open Settings, select Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. Wait for confirmation that deletion completed. If the app reports pending or incomplete deletion, contact us and include any request reference shown.
Request deletion without signing in
Email coaching@ptadamjames.com with the subject Account deletion and your account email address. We may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send your password, payment-card details, or health records. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions.
What deletion removes
Account deletion removes your login, coaching intake, check-ins and progress photos, workout history, assigned programmes, nutrition plans, coach notes, connected-health summaries, and account-linked leads held in the platform. It ends account access and cancels supported active billing subscriptions. Deletion cannot be undone. Export data you want to keep first.
What needs separate handling
WhatsApp messages and downloaded videos, Kit mailing-list entries, Make.com workflow copies, and payment-provider records need a separate manual review. Tell us if your request includes these. Some payment records must be kept to meet legal obligations or handle disputes; we explain any exception and retention period when responding. Deleting the account does not remove original records from Apple Health or Health Connect.
Account deletion is separate from asking for a refund. To stop a plan renewing while keeping your account, use Cancel plan in dashboard Settings instead. See the refund policy for cancellation and refund rights.
