Write to coaching@ptadamjames.com from the email address on your account. Include what you need help with. There is no other Recovery support address.
Restore a purchase
Use Restore purchases in the app. Apple or Google checks the store account on the phone. An existing Recovery purchase from Google Play stays valid. Restoring a purchase does not upload health data.
Cancel a plan
Cancel in your Apple account settings or your Google account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or the plan renews. Deleting the app does not cancel a plan.
Delete data
Local journal and health data stay on your phone until you delete them in the app or uninstall Recovery. To ask for deletion of an optional coaching account, use the account deletion page.
